The origin makes the difference: Since more than 30 years, we serve traditional local specialties, freshly prepared with our mountain farm products.
We feed our cows with the best alpine hay - in return, they provide us with fresh milk every day, which we use to produce high-quality dairy products such as butter, cheese, yogurt and card directly on our farm. For our dishes, we process the eggs of our chickens and the meat of our cows and pigs, all born and bred on the alpine pastures of the Alpe di Siusi. A special treat is the famous and, of course, home-made South Tyrolean speck (smoked bacon).
The table is set, enjoy local culinary delights with a stunning view of the Dolomites!
How to reach us
A wonderful hike, an even more delightful arrival!
Throughout the year, you can reach us easily with a 10-minute walk on the hiking trail 6 from the mountain station of the Ortisei ropeway. In case you take the cableway from Siusi to Compatsch, a comfortable hike of about one hour will bring you to us. Follow the hiking train 30 and from "Ritsch" take trail 6 or 6B.
In winter, all skiers directly access our terrace through the slopes of the "Mezdì" ski lift.
